I don't think they do but you can try Walgreens in the photo department. Otherwise there is office depot on Arden & Morse. Possibly the UPS store across from raley
Good question, best bet is to give them a call. They do have a wide selection of wine.
Raleys doesn't sell Tobbaco products but Safeway does!
