I've lived here for almost 3 years, honestly the only reason I stayed in the beginning was because of therapy, then my insurance cut my therapy off .I was getting incredibly poor care from the old primary care physician. The only thing that would brighten my days are the lovely ,caring ladies in activities that would constantly brighten my spirit elevate my mood, laugh and joke with me that would put me in a positive frame of mind, I'm happy to say I'm close to being discharged but I thank God for activities because I would of never made it this far without them. I'm also happy to say the new primary care physician seems to be a very competent doctor things seem to be turning around at windsor (: #ActivitiesAreAwesome

I’m here for my the rest of my life! CNAS great! Nurses good! New dietary Supervisor great especially friend eggs and the scrambled eggs with spices awesome! And Turkey Croissants. Dinner; my special fruit salad ( kitchen has is dish perfect)! Thank you Windsor El Camino. Maintenance and crew; nurses ( new DON) best ever) CNAS great; administrator jessi good person! I been calling and leaving my info trying to get in touch with my mother. They have refused to bring the phone to her room. Saying it won't reach. ( Landlines have been cordless for so many years now. ). I called yesterday and today and still no response or call back. The staff is nice but not helpful on helping the family get into contact with there loved ones. My son and I moved out of state and found out she's been here and the hospital didn't even notify me when she got here.
