Generally when you enter you pick out your bear, it's voice, how firm you want it stuffed, and any clothes you want for it. Then they'll fill it onsite while you watch. I'm not 100% sure if they have ready made bears in the store, but you can order them online from their website.
Order your bear online u stuffed, have the store stuff it. Buy child clothes to fit it
