At west point at Eno park roxboro rd .. if you go inside park you can joined river just 300 ft walk
You would need to park and follow the Cole Mill Trail to the left facing the trees. Quickest way to the riverbank that I know of at that parking area.
If you're asking if the river can be viewed from a parking spot, I don't think so; maybe at the pleasant green parking lot but I'm not certain. However, it's a short walk to the river if you park near the Park Office.
