I am an employee at Eno River, and yes, dogs are absolutely allowed. However, they must be kept on a leash at all times and the leash must be six feet or less in length. Ranger Staff have been ramping up enforcement of this law, and if cited, it comes with a misdemeanor charge and a fine.
