Yes, they are very nice there, and The Shalom Project on S. Green St. has free clothing and shoes on Tuesdays. Google is mistaken about the amount of time it takes to walk there from 10th St. 14th St. Community Ctr. has emergency clothing, possibly shoes. Ask Sherice.
