Hello, Jorge Thank you for your question. For pickups, we ask that you have at least a semi-load of used pallets (400 - 500 pallets, depending on size) and dock doors. We do allow drop-offs of any quantity of wood pallets at our Charlotte locations. If this is something you are able to do, please call our Charlotte location directly to coordinate.
