I used to have top tier customer service experiences with this company, but that has drastically changed this year. They have missed my trash pick up a few times, and the customer services rep have been curt and unhelpful when I've reached out.

The best hands down, looking at other reviews and I see that people saying “they missed my trash can” the do not do it had to be that your can wasn’t outside when they came. Another “they don’t answer the phone, they’re waste management they’re primary is to collect waste not wait by the phone I’m sure they returned the call at they’re earliest convenience. Another says “they didn’t replace my can , I’m sure there’s a order of operation in the way the do things , mines was replace by my next cycle day, I mean come on they weren’t the reason my can was nasty and/or destroyed so I appreciated them replacing it at all. Wonderful company whom I can personally say has went above and beyond on every visit. I love my waste management 😁
