Precious park is very small but nicely kept. There has never been more than 3-4 dogs there when I have visited - and I have two dogs. When there is a mix of large and small dogs, just let them greet while still on a leash. They will be playing together in no time.
No. There are two separate fenced areas in Salisbury behind the Civic Center on M.L.K. Jr. Ave. But I prefer Precious 9 because it's less than a mile from me.
