Absolutely the best flooring company I've ever dealt with. Very Friendly and Helpful!

Great guys here. Easy to deal with and very polite. Great change for big retail.

A little over a year ago we ordered the waterproof LVP for our whole 1600 square foot house. We had it professionally installed from licensed company locally. Roll around to ONLY a year after and the entirety of our floor is coming up. We have had two professionals out the tell us that the floors themselves are the problem. We started a claim and have been in contact with Charde a “Customer Engagement Specialists” to review our claim to possibly get replacement floors. She has been less than diligent, impossible to contact, and concluded (based off a few pictures from us) that the floors are coming up because of the install. Her justification was mentioned but impossible to conclude based off the pictures. I honestly expect nothing more from big companies like this. Absolute trash company. I warn not to buy from this location or any location.

We shopped around quite a bit before deciding on lumber liquidators. The prices and selections were amazing, the employees (Christina!) were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They worked with us to get pricing that fit our budget and were prompt with call backs when we had questions. The folks that actually laid the flooring did and AMAZING job! They basically did our entire first floor in 1 day with only 2 people and it looks perfect. I honestly couldnt recommend LL higher, we will def use them in the future.

Yes, stone look tile and other stone look water proof options!
It depends how you are planning to utilize the area. If you want to just restore the functionality and the look, a good non-slip epoxy. It is available in a variety of colors and will fill in and cover any cracks. If planning to utilize the space for extended living space and the floor is a single level and in good shape, a low pile carpet can soften the foot fatigue without a difficult adaptation to a fancier carpet or another option a lot of people go with is a wood flooring as they will be the fastest and easiest to install, due to the concrete already being level and a firm subfloor to build off of.
