They are literally on some type of powertrip. They hold no supervisor to anytype of standard and will target individuals until they're fired. Christian can dip on the floor and completely neglect his saftey protocol, but when one person is wearing earbuds its a problem. He can forget to lockout a machine being operated on by 7 people and act like its not his responsiblity and not even man up to it. That is a serious safety concern and shouldnt be taken lightly, but was instead brushed off like it never happened. Earbud only afftect the individual wearing them compared to the machine lockout which affects everyone at the maching.

You have to come to the plant gate and ask for an application .
They have just told us that if you were picking someone up not to come right until time to be picked up but if you work there I'm pretty sure you can get in early. They were only complaining about people's rides, too early and too much activity being in the parking lot. I hope that was some help to you.
