Terrible experience with their reservation system. If someone else picks up your car for you... good luck to them getting out. Neither the ticket given at entrance, nor the reservation sheet, nor the screen shot of the barcode from my phone worked to allow them to exit. They were stuck until they could contact me for the entire reservation email. Nightmare. Be careful.
My understanding is that if you are a member, you are guaranteed parking.
I've always made a reservation which in all actuality will guarantee a paking spot for you, regardless of time of season.
As mentioned earlier, it is recommended that you make a reservation. They have indicated that members are guaranteed a spot, but it may not be covered if the lot is full.
You don't have to make a reservation. I have never had a problem just showing up. But, it's never been around a holiday.
Better to make an appt just in case.
You can just show up, but in really busy seasons you may want to check availability. I've never made a reservation and never been turned away, but I Don't typically travel on holidays either.
If there is space, then you can park. But they might fill up.
