The name Fast Park & Relax tells you everything you need to know. The lot is covered, well lit, and clean. It is surrounded by fencing so I've never worried about my safety or the safety of my vehicle. The guys over at Fast Park & Relax got it right in that they have ensembled an amazing team to make certain you get where you're going in that fastest, most convenient, safest way possible. I've had to travel to where when I land it's after midnight. In the beginning I stood around waiting for them but I soon learned that if you're traveling after 9 pm you need to call to let them know you've arrived and they react immediately to retrieve you in a timely manner. I can't say enough about the guys and gals that work here. The one draw back to this service is the driving of the drivers, which I've mentioned before, is fast and loose so sit near a rail and hold, but from my traveling experience this is the norm for these types of facilities. Bottom line with them it's safety first.

Yes they pick you up at your car, they give you a green tag with you lot number. On return, you hand this to your driver and will drop you at your car. I love it painless!

Yes. You need to call for pickup if it's after 1am though.

The shuttles run constantly. In a few occasions I've waited at the terminal for 10-15 minutes. Worse wait was almost 2 hours; shuttle kept pulling in to different places, not the normal place and RDU was busy that night.

You can certainly count on them. They run constantly. If you arrive to the parking on time they will get you there on time...

Is there a shuttle that takes you from the lot to the terminal like the parking spot has because this sounds similar to it

I think the rate is 7.00 a day and they pick you up your car and drop you off and pick up again for no charge.

Including the 10% airport fee it is $8 a day.

Terrible experience with their reservation system. If someone else picks up your car for you... good luck to them getting out. Neither the ticket given at entrance, nor the reservation sheet, nor the screen shot of the barcode from my phone worked to allow them to exit. They were stuck until they could contact me for the entire reservation email. Nightmare. Be careful.
