What are the people living here like? Are kids running around thumping on the floors above your head? Are people playing loud music/have their tv:s on late at night? That kind of thing. Is there a courtesy officer? How do they handle complaints?

A lot of young families. Good number of kids and a lot of them play outside during the day and can be loud. Wouldn’t be ideal for someone who works from home or values quiet. Loud music and tv happens but it’s not an every day thing and doesn’t tend to go super late into the night in general. No courtesy officer. You can call the office to complain but whether or not anything gets dealt with is a coin toss.

Yes there are kids live out there. You handle complaints at the office. People is not out there playing loud music but there are a group of people that walks around the complex saying out loud white power
