I went there to try to get an apartment but they say the manager is never there. However the property looks very nice

Yes, but there's an extra deposit for sure, and maybe something added to rent. Not sure on the second part. They are definitely allowed though.

It was $745 When i was there. They're awesome apartments just built 2 years ago but beware the property managers are never available.
