This review may just be out of anger but I think it's Justified. I preorder Splatoon 3 and was looking forward to picking it up at closing. I know when some games are released you can get them at 12 or whenever their closing is at Participating Gamestops and to know if a store is or isn't, you call them, and that's what I did around noon and I was told "Yes, it will be Available at 9 tonight" of course I was happy to hear and Excited to pick it up later that day! 8 comes around and I get to the store to pick up my game, (Yes I was a little early but I just wanted to know if I could just get it 30 minutes early or if I had to wait till 9) but that's when I was told to Pick it up in the morning. To say I was disappointed would be a understatement... now I have to make the 30 minutes drive back home empty handed. If it wasn't going to be available, Why was I told otherwise when I called? What is the Explanation? Was the shipment not there yet? Were they simply not ready? I don't know, All I do know Is that I wished I had ordered with someone else...

Have tried to come here multiple times during the posted business hours and the store has been closed. Literally sat at the store for a hour pass their opening time and there still wasn't anyone opening up shop. At this point it makes me think that either the employees just show up whenever they feel like it, or the store is out of business. Which if that's the case management should update that on Google maps or at the very least take out the store hours sign from the door. Shaking my head.

They do sell games, have not seen them sell that.
I would take it to GameStop or wherever you bought it from and see if they can repair it first, if they can't then you can call the manufacturer number for customer support
Bring it with everything into the store, and they can let you know.
It's 30 days. Also how do you percentage a game.
