A man (said he was the manager when called to explain) delivered an order purchased through FTD to our house. After no one answered the front door, he walked around our house attempting to open any door he found, was yelling “hello” repeatedly, and eventually found an open door which he entered to drop off the flowers. When questioned and asked to explain himself, he didn’t seem to care - certainly wasn’t apologetic to my wife. Flowers were also delivered 2 days early and are already beginning to decay. Shame FTD uses this local company to represent their brand. Not many options in Beaufort, but would happily pay extra to avoid this company. Second time in my life I’ve ever left a comment on anyone / any company. They truly earned it.

Placed a phone order with Bill, he was very kind and helpful. My aunt and uncle loved their beautiful anniversary plant, a pink diplodenea. They sent a picture, it was very good sized and healthy! Will definitely be ordering again!

They are rude and disrespectful very lazy! I ordered flowers for my wife, they said they weren’t gonna deliverer because it was inconvenient for them and wanted me to meet them half way. They already were late when I paid extra for them to arrive at a certain time! I asked to cancel the guy i spoke with was rude! Than they delivered to the wrong address! No where near the actual address.

Not very nice. Really seemed not to want to be helpful. Kind of my way or the highway. Hopefully they will have a better day.
