I have been here for almost 2 years and I have only had great experiences with the staff residents and management. I must say that usually I am very hard to please. The apartments are quiet, clean, and my neighbors are friendly. Anything that needs to be done as far as maintenance repairs, pest, and etc., once the office is notified it gets done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.

My husband and I lived here for about 3 years and it wasn’t that bad till we started paying over $1,300 for a 3 bedroom. No matter how many times we complained about the upstairs neighbors purposely stomping around after we nicely let them know they were a little too loud in the evening they didn’t do anything. Also, half the time nothing ever got fixed in the Aparment when it was broken. When we finally moved out we cleaned the whole apartment and even the fridge because the woman who came to look over the Aparment said we would be charged for not cleaning the fridge.. well low and behold we get a bill for $375 after the woman had looked over the Aparment and said everything looked great and we were good to go! We didn’t think it was fair so when it showed on my husbands credit report we disputed it but it came right back. These people are such rip offs. And when emailing them asking them for proof of the dirty Aparment they never sent any to us! Worst Aparment complex I’ve ever lived in.

We've lived here almost 6 months and haven't had a single issue. They are very accommodating and the gym is my favorite part! The view over the water is very beautiful to watch the sunset. The staff is so friendly, and I am so grateful for every one of them. I would give it more stars if I could!

I have lived here for 4 years when it was priced at 940$ for our 3 bedroom apartment and the price has increased on average by 10% each year until the fifth year hit 1380$ and we left. This price hike is way beyond national average per year, so I wouldn't bother unless you're comfortable expecting that! Secondly they have done some amazing updates to the pool, basketball courts, fitness center, etc that is actually wonderful! The maintenance staff is always prompt, courteous and friendly! We did run out of hot water rather quickly if 2 people were in the shower at the same time, although not a big deal if you space it out. The apartment does not look as good as the pictures online, and the bathrooms are definitely outdated and need some updates for sure. The biggest reason that I am giving 3 stars is because the complex bribed the residents with a raffle of a new TV if people were willing to give good reviews online! Pretty deceitful to boost reviews

You would have to call the leasing office, because I just know someone who lives there. I don't know too many details about it though. Sorry, hope this helps in some way.
I don't think so, my friend has to work two jobs to pay the rent and still has to have a roommate to be able to pay
A lot of young families. Good number of kids and a lot of them play outside during the day and can be loud. Wouldn’t be ideal for someone who works from home or values quiet. Loud music and tv happens but it’s not an every day thing and doesn’t tend to go super late into the night in general. No courtesy officer. You can call the office to complain but whether or not anything gets dealt with is a coin toss.
Very nice community and great management company.
