The staff is good. They will keep you informed, they are friendly. Maintenance does a good job on all Ford products. You can have them check on your warranty for any repairs that you may need.
I just got a new Escape there, so hopefully I won't find out for a while! 🙂
I have an Explorer ST that I bought in NJ. Have had 2 oil changes there so far and they've been great. Very good at tracking any recall info and taking care of it on the spot.
