My daughter lives here and it's quite most of the time...they have trash services and they cut the grass.. I feel for almost 800.00 a month tho the trs should be up kept better... and that's just my opinion.... my daughter enjoys this place and she enjoys the people she rents from.... so if she's happy I am happy.... it's kinda cozy.... and people seem to not be nosey Nellie's....better than most tr parks

Some drunk lunatic was running around calling himself The Liquor while causing a ruckus throughout the park. I was just coming through to drop off my cat at the Kitty Day Care. Was a pretty nice environment otherwise, just drunk and stoned people cooking chicken fingers.

Trailers are seriously out dated and they fix them up as cheaply as possible., And charge 695 to 700 a month!!!!
