My worst experience with a Ford dealer ever. I brought my Escape in last year and the service individual I worked with was downright dishonest. They kept wanting to upsell additional services that weren't needed. Personally I'll avoid this dealer.

.y spouse and I bought 4 vehicles from here. We offered them a price lower than asking, even just $1000 lower. We were told NO our prices are not negotiable. When we traded our Taurus in for a 2019 Ford edge they gave us $500 less than we owed and would NOT budge. It's only $500 I said Still a NO!!! I always give people a second chance. We traded our Lincoln MKS in for a 2022 Ford Ranger. Same situation as above. They would not entertain ANY offers money wise. Now they act like they did us a favor. I'm talking about the Sales and finance managers. They did throw in running boards. They did us NO FAVORS. They made a ton of money off of us. The salesman Jim Agard was AWESOME!!! I believe if it wasn't for Jim they would of said no to the running boards.

Service review: My Ford Fusion Hybrid was well maintained for the past 3 services. Specialists will even explain what was done and how services affected the car, etc. Also, having a shuttle home for longer service is a great benefit.

I had been looking for a 2022 Ford F350 Tremor for several months, as they have been nearly impossible to find on dealer lots. I came across one at Jim Hudson Ford. I live in Atlanta, so I made an inquiry online about the availability of the truck and was connected with John Cook. What a great experience I had working with Mr. Cook. I was able to negotiate a fair price in the crazy Super Duty market and Mr. Cook made sure everything was set for my arrival. I made the 300 mile journey to the dealership and everything was consistent with discussions over the phone and everything went very smooth. Truck was ready, finance staff were awesome, not trying to pressure you into extended warranties that I have experienced at so many other dealerships over the years. Mr. Cook has followed up me with several times after the sale, which is another thing lacking at most dealerships. He truly cares about his customers and goes out of his way to ensure you are completely satisfied. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Jim Hudson Ford and Mr. John Cook!!

Yes they do far as I know of.
The staff is good. They will keep you informed, they are friendly. Maintenance does a good job on all Ford products. You can have them check on your warranty for any repairs that you may need.
I am not sure, but they should be willing to do the auto detail, tire rotation and oil change for any of our veterans.
Probably a blessing in disguise. I don't trust car dealerships and had a really bad experience with the Hudsons
DMV will be notified & will send you title in mail. Should get it in a month after they process.
If u are in between good and bad, Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington, SC will work for you, in putting U in a vehicle that U can afford to buy.
