food is great, prices are great. but when you get told over and over again that they're too busy to take your order the experience suffers. either under staffed or the wrong staff.

I have been a semi-regular (every couple of months visitor) for about 10 years. I went in this am about 9:20 and ordered a colada, a ham & cheese empanada (they were out of the croquettes, which are my fave) and a guava pastry. The waitress was super friendly and the colada was food. But when I bit into the smaller than flashcard sized (2"x3" maybe and not what I had pointed to or asked for), it crumbled apart, but was rock hard, like it had been microwaved at some point. When I tried the empanada, it was rubbery, tasteless and the type of disappointment you get when you are given an empty box for a Christmas gift. I hare wasting money, but I couldn't finish either one. My pretzels in my snack box have more flavor and presence. I'm really disappointed 😞. You can do better, Tulipan.
