I just phoned the Greensboro store in an attempt to get information as to an appliance I'm considering buying. Was put on hold. At 18 minutes I decided I had other, better things to do.

I have not had such experience with Best buy but with other companies. But I do not allow it to be an issue because many establishment are short staffed due to the pandemic

It's the same thing I would have done. Depending on the time of day,I'd use the website.

I had a similar experience. Except I was told that they don't give out ANY information about Any stock in the store. And you can't go inside to see the selection. So I guess shop online or better yet, try somewhere else.
