My wife loves Coco's Corner. When I had to find her a birthday gift, I ended up stopping by the store. I was hesitant at first just because it's an upscale boutique that caters exclusively towards women's fashion, but I was quickly greeted by a friendly face and offered help. After explaining my gift search situation, the employee was quick to ask what my wife liked, and if my wife had any types of pieces that she was interested in. Long story short, I purchased a pair of shoes that my wife loved thanks to the wonderful customer service that I received. I highly suggest the store.

I would not recommend Coco’s Corner to anyone. I no longer live in Greensboro, but when I did before COVID in 2020 was treated like I did not have enough money to shop in her store. I recently inquired about several items on their IG page but only got a response to three pieces. I sent her an email about how I felt she and her employees had treated me over the years and you should never judge a book by the cover. She did respond back pretty much blaming it all on COVID. However, I never contacted her during any part of COVID UNTIL NOW. I waited a few days responded to the same outfit and still have not heard a word. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I guess they have their “GROUP” they helps and the rest of us are not worth their time. I had told her I was going to leave a review, but had changed my mind until NO ONE responded to my message. If you are going to post, sell and ship online from any platform it should be checked daily, questioned answered,and sold items removed. If you going to run a business online and in store do them right or not at all even if you have to work late after you close or from home.
