I used Sears Appliance Repair to work on my riding lawn mower. It's a Craftsman model that I bought from Sears back around 2012/13. Steven was the service technician that worked on my mower. Steven did a great job and was very friendly and easy to get along with! He left my mower working and driving like it did when it was new, a very noticeable improvement! The only issue that I want to point out is that the Sears scheduling system is terrible! It took me calling twice over the course of 6 days and waiting 2 of those days to get Steven out for the initial appointment. This has nothing to do with Steven, he is great but Sears definitely needs to work on their subpar scheduling system! If I had to take time off work, all day, for multiple days in order to get this work done it would have been a huge deal to me and my status at work. Thankfully, in my case, I didn't have to worry about that but be aware of this! Also, the way it works is you schedule the initial diagnostic appointment. The technician will come out and check out your situation and tell you how much it will be to cover parts and labor and then if you accept the charges and pay, the tech will order the parts and they will be delivered to your house. Once you receive the parts, you have to schedule the tech to come back out to actually do the work. I'm rating 5 stars for Steven and his great work but I would rate Sears and their scheduling system 1 or 2 stars out of 5!!! Needs improvement!

Technician was skilled with fixing, however he didn't clean or ask me to clean the glass before he installed. So now I have fingerprints and other things between the glass- therefore it is not clean for me to see if my pie is burning. My husband had suggested he wear gloves. He assured us that it would be factory clean. I would have been happy to clean the glass panels before installation if he had just mentioned it to me He told me he was not a window washer. Technical skills were good, but customer service skills need some serious work. Someone is supposed to come in two weeks to "refix" the glass door on my oven.

I don't think you can i was unsuccessful for a couple of days. They took my $85 copay tech told me he had to order the parts the bot kept saying no repair needed!!!!!! Terrible can't get a hold of anyone!
