Doc/PA was great, but front desk and cost not good. I asked for an estimate (which sign said I was legally entitled to) and was offered none. Cost me $400 for a 10min chat with doc and a routine prescription. Bottom line - if you are paying the bill, go somewhere else.

Missy Fitzgerald at this Urgent Care facility on Pisgah Church provided me with excellent, attentive and caring service yesterday. My issue was not an emergency, so I had to wait a little longer than perhaps others did, but when my turn came, P.A. Fitzgerald expertly resolved my needs while making me feel like someone who was more than just "the next patient in line." Moreover, the staff processed my paperwork efficiently and pleasantly.

Having been sedated for 37 various medical procedures, quality care...or the lack thereof, is easy to spot when excellent care is provided. I am pleased to heap praise on NP Andy. Most of the rest of Staff were similarly competent and welcoming with one glaring exception. I arrived 30 minutes before closing to an empty waiting room. After about 10 minutes I was greeted by what I thought was the NP but it turned out to be a CNA. Since the friendly fellow failed to identify his role, I went headfirst into my reason for being there and my medical history. Easily 10-15 minutes were wasted, due to my thinking the CNA was the NP, until NP Andy arrived requiring me to recite all that was unnecessarily said to the friendly CNA. I am a talker so no doubt I could have been more expedient and at the end of my visit with NP Andy, I deviated into an off-topic discussion that was tactfully met with a reminder closing time had elapsed. I sincerely regret delaying Staff from leaving for the holiday (July 4th) weekend but the delay was not totally caused by my storytelling therefore I did not need to hear what I think might have been the office mgr a.k.a. "lady with the keys," (she was in no mood to introduce herself) declare "I have an hour and half drive home." The Clinic closed at 6:30PM and my departure time was 6:49PM. When I managed various businesses with walk-in Customers, having the last Customer departing less than 30 minutes after closing time rarely happened....and if it was 19 minutes (or later) the last thing I would do is express consternation to say something like "I have an hour and half drive home." I sat in my car in disbelief at how my otherwise excellent encounter was soured - therefore the four stars instead of five. Then my daughter called and I remained in the parking lot noticing the "lady with the keys" depart in her car. Now maybe she had an emergency to attend...if so, what do you do - you alert Staff in advance a need to expedite the last Patient. There was ZERO rush by any Staff until the "lady with the keys" appeared. As I was being escorted out of the building, NP Seacrest kindly took an incoming call from a Doctor. Imagine if he grabbed the phone stating "the Clinic is closed and I have an hour and half drive home!" Message to "lady with the keys" - get a job closer to home...in the meantime, be tactful with your Patient Customers...every one of us are pixelated on your paycheck.
