We can absolutely help you with that. Warm season vegetables are usually planted after the average last frost date (April 15th, plus or minus 10 days) depending on the weather. We do have a few tomatoes and herbs in now, a bit more coming this week, and a whole bunch of veggies coming next (which is a better time to plant anyway). Come and talk to the staff in the greenhouse and they will be able to give you advice and help you select plants. As for soil, we have a special raised bed mix from Daddy Pete's that is perfectly suited for this purpose. Let us know if you have more questions!
The folks at Homewood are amazing. I'm not sure about the soil, but you should be able to get everything else there. The staff are all very knowledgeable and can help you with planting times and other questions.
