I haven't had any issues since I purchased the car so I can't really speak on the service department. One thing I remember was that I was told I can order parts and bring it to them and they would only charge me the labor. Which is good because I know where to get good parts for low prices. Another thing I can say is that prior to taking the car they showed me a list of things that they were going to do prior to releasing it to me. Oil change brakes tune up Etc...
I had an issue with my starter on my honda accord that I had bought only a week ago at the time. They swapped mine for one in a similar model because the part would have taken 3-4 days to receive and replace. Time I did not have as this is my primary vehicle. Work was done in half a day and the car was delivered to my job. Not ideal, but they do seem to go the distance for you.
