I would NOT recommend buying a car here. I was told verbally by the sales person, Mesha, that if I put a hold on a vehicle I was interested in and decided not to get it, I would 100% get my money back. With this, I did put a hold on a car because during Covid it was impossible to find one. I decided not to get the vehicle and had to make MANY phone calls to ask about my refund. Mesha told me it would be put back into my bank account and it never was. I called again and had to give my card numbers and STILL did not get my money back. After a MONTH, I was told by the manger I would not get my money back. He was extremely rude on the phone and told me I would have to go to court in order to get my refund. Luckily my bank approved that this was FRAUD and gave me my money back. I would not trust ANYONE at this dealership.

I just purchased my new white E class Mercedes. Edward, Hector, Alfredo, Varice are just the VERY BEST. I have to pinch myself to see if it is really me! The car and service provided to me by NE Auto World is exceptional. This is car #2 that I purchased from them. Great experience and the BEST service. Thank you to NE Auto World.

Doesn't matter. The owner's behavior was so awful, I don't recommend that ANYONE waste a mask in there. Bought a better car at a better price with a better salesman on a better lot.

How would you rate their service department? I bought a car there 2 years ago. Having problems with coolant system.

I haven't had any issues since I purchased the car so I can't really speak on the service department. One thing I remember was that I was told I can order parts and bring it to them and they would only charge me the labor. Which is good because I know where to get good parts for low prices. Another thing I can say is that prior to taking the car they showed me a list of things that they were going to do prior to releasing it to me. Oil change brakes tune up Etc...
