I took a first appointment on a Sunday morning, so I wouldn't run into many people, but they had us wait in the car til they were ready for it. Every employee that I saw was wearing a mask. We dropped off and picked up, but the waiting area seemed to be split up into different sections. Seems as if they are taking every precaution.

Not usually. I would recommend it unless you know exactly what you need. You can pull in and get pads but if you need rotors and discs and pads you may want to make an appointment
Would be more neighborhood friendly if I saw signage for emissions testing. But I didn't see any signage.
17.99 for a regular change, plus recycling fee, shop fees, and the extra fee fee. Ends up being closer to $30
