No dog fee, your dog just needs to be leashed.
U can always call the ranger station and ask. Idk if there's a dog fee, I think each campsite fee includes the site per night up to 6 or 8 guests and 1 car. Extra cars are an additional fee. Good luck and have fun! Btw...the lake is at only 35% capacity, so water is really low,and the campground is really hot rn too. Drink lots of water! Stay safe.
