I like using the teller services. So I walk in and almost always a waiting line. However, the line moves okay. They will put on another teller when the line gets slow or mine gets too long. Very business like which is sometimes not as friendly as it should be. Or can be. That's not very often but it is worth mentioning.

Yes with an appointment
Not sure, but I was always able to make other non credit card payments there that were Chase related, such as a car payment.
