You cannot keep them right now. Season starts on 11/4/17.
You cannot legally harvest dungeness crabs after the season ends. While dungeness season is currently closed, it will reopen on Nov 4th this yr. Currently, rock crab season has been reopened and is open to catching yr round. So if you happen to catch any if those, you are free to keep them provided that they are 4"+ long and you keep to your bag limit of 35 crabs.
