One-way toll going east only. But why they haven't opened up the fast Lanes in 22 years I have no idea. They built them. They're ready to go. Haven't been opened one since 1997. All sorts of other crossings have high-speed passage for the toll booths but not the newburgh-beacon bridge. Can somebody please explain that to me?
