Worst service department ever they do not care about wasting your time at all. From having their call center schedule my appointment incorrect. To having them waste 2 days of my time at their stupid service center . What a waste of time and gas.

So I call service telling them my lease vehicle is turning on and off ,they give me a date for service 2weeks later, then I ask if I can drop it off and get a loaner she tells me they rent cars their are no loaner car's, you have to rent,really I've lease car's b4 and I've never had to rent a car, customer should not have to rent a car when I'm bringing your leased vehicle to fix,can't wait to get out of this car now,, I'll never again, will lease or buy a car from any healey dealership. Not necessary any Dealership as Michael stated. The Dealership needs to use the bank you have the Lease with so they can properly receive in the vehicle and report the mileage to the Leasing bank. If you Leased the vehicle from us and now live out of state best to check with the Leasing Bank so they can give the best advice.
