I got my free pair of glasses from them using MassHealth so I'm assuming they do. I actually did my exam elsewhere only to find out that no one accepts MassHealth for the free pair of glasses until I found them. But I can't give a direct yes because I haven't actually asked them that question. My advice would be to call them during business hours to verify. But they didn't have things booked out months out like most places so it's pretty quick.
