Today I get there and the receptionist didn't even say good morning, give one mask because it's required and just said to sit down , I waited Sitting for 15 minutes and then got up so I could at least check in, but it wasn't possible because she ignored it, even though I was in front of her , is a lack of professionalism that unfortunately happens nowadays. I have been a customer there for a few years and such a thing has never happened to me, but the receptionist is another new one with black hair, the supervisor is always very nice a, that only makes people stop going there with bad costumer services skills , trying to fixed it's just the only option not question the costumers why complain online and leave, today the reviews exist to give people the opportunity to talk about their experience in less good situations not just good ones!! But that's they can't even understand. People have to be respected!!
