Of course, they had the pedi's information as well. It was after 5pm, health insurance company was closed, and they couldn't verify insurance so they refused to treat even though they had the health card with the id numbers, the pedi's information and self pay was offered. They sent the child away. That doesn't make sense. That's why this was written. They do turn people away. This is why the public is being made aware. There was no reason for it.
Does the child have a pediatrician? What were the circumstances that led up to them refusing to see the child? What was the childs complaint? So many questions. And why in all caps? Sounds like there is more to this. Have dealt woth readymed and have never heard of them turning anyone away.
