As a former patient of Dr. Scott I am absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion and patient care he had with me over the phone. Over a month ago I made an appointment, explaining how my vision has been significantly worse and I needed an appointment. I got a voicemail two days before my appointment to confirm, and then another the day BEFORE my appointment to notify me that they do not take my insurance. I had already requested the morning off of work, so I lost money there and personally spoke with the Dr. on my vision impairment and he could not even refer me by name to another Optometrist. Luckily, I was able to get an emergency appointment elsewhere and found out I have a choroidal nevus on my left eye (GLAD I WENT). I will not be returning nor recommending this doctor.

The people were polite, but I was surprised that neither person I spoke with at this vision center knew how to adjust my eyeglasses with clip-on sunglasses. One neglected to check how my glasses fit while I was wearing them and told me to wait for the other, who said he was afraid the glasses would break if he tried to adjust them. I went to another vision center afterwards where my glasses were adjusted without a problem.

If your looking for a place that will be well attended this is is , when it comes to eyes specialist Dr Scott is one of a kind He will definitely come to a right diagnostic with out any doubts, and if he can’t he will referral you to the best specialist I’ve been a patient for the last 4 yrs and looking forward to continue ,,Gracias.
