Made an online reservation for 1:30pm, the message said that we should be there at least 10 minutes early. Got there around 1:10pm but the door was locked, light was off, tv was off, no one was there. Called multiple times, left a couple of voicemails and waited past 1:30pm and still no one showed up. What’s the point of allowing people to make reservations and not open? It’s very unprofessional.

They now do online apts again! However the online apt doesn't mean you will be seen at that time. It just ensures you get seen before the walk in apts. ( This is actually clearly stated when you make the online apt) and can be helpful because they do accept walk ins as well! You just need a mask, photo ID, insurance card, and a working phone to fill out the registration. Currently using new systems and the staff are working their hardest to keep up with all changes. Amazingly patient and professional with friendly staff. They also had fast wait times for the crazy short staffing crisis the health care has be experiencing

Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to, 3 hour wait time when I had an appointment. Why even have appointments if you can’t honor them. I really am disappointed in this place and would not recommend anyone who needs care urgently go here.

This year's flu season looks different, with Covid-19 still a major threat for all of us. It will be tricky to distinguish between the two since they can both exhibit similar symptoms of body aches, chest tightness, cough and fever. Testing is the best way to identify the pathogen(s) causing these symptoms and rule out the possibility of Covid-19. Although many COVID-19 symptoms and flu symptoms overlap, there are certain distinctions between the two.
