Rest assured your snake has teeth. If your snake had fangs, you would have to have permits and many hours working with venomous snakes. You cant take a snakes teeth away. Perhaps look a little closer when feeding your new snake. It pulls the food into its mouth using its teeth (however small they might be).
Not to my knowledge, go back and show them your snake. I've bought multiple snakes from them and they all have their fangs. Defanging are usually done on venomous snakes which they don't sell to the public, you must have a license to handle venomous. And most of those times those snakes have fangs
