Can someone tell me who can fix the track on the ground for a storm shutter that was installed by Lowe’s. The holding down screws are loose.

Not sure if you have resolved your problem. However, putting a longer screw into concrete, unless using a tap con, won't work. You might need to increase the diameter of the concrete anchor and step up a size in the fastening screw, say from a 10 to an 8. This might increase the holding strength enough. Good luck

The issue is Lowe’s did this job 5 years ago and says the warranty is only for 12 months. The issue with putting a longer screw is that there are sleeves inserted to hold down the screws. Putting a longer screw may be a fix for a short while.

Have tried screwing them back? Change to longer screws if needed.
