I have more issues with them putting my payment on my previous residence account! They really need to update their website.

The worst least user friendly company on the planet with incompetent employees!! First they make it so hard to get service!!! Second They make it so hard to pay your bill. Every time I have to log in nothing works properly. Get out of the dark ages!! Pure trash.

Worst website ever! I can't believe they don't have an app. I have to leave the website to make a payment? What 90 year old do you have running your website because it is beyond outdated. Also, WHY does it not update when I make payments? The billing layout is horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Absolutely rediculous. 👎🏼

How do I turn my water off to fix a leak?
Try the health department. They do the sewer permits.
I heard that if your filling a pool they do give a discount. They have to know about it before you do it. That was many years ago, so I'm no help. Best advice I could give is just be in contact with them over it.
John - the water plants have backup power so water service will be maintained even if your area is without power. The only exception is if there is a water main break in your area and the water is shutoff for repairs.
You can pay FPL at Walmart or anywhere that has Western Union but you have to have your bill or stub from bill. You can also pay online or by phone. Numbers and website on your bill.
$50 for water and $50 for sewer. You use to get it back after a year but I believe they keep it now until you end service.
This is not ideal practice as the “back flush” is a highly concentrated solution of sodium chloride (potassium chloride) and can damage the grass and any surrounding vegetation due to the high salinity and if regenerated too often. The DOH regulates private wells, not IRC and the concerned person should call 794-7440 to speak with someone at the DOH.
St. John's water management have some set days and time. You can find them on their website.
