First and foremost, the little older woman working here currently has ZERO friendly communication skills and is very rude. People are desperately looking for work and if they are forced to use Labor Finders as means of work, they could be treated better from someone who has a job and doesn't care about their service. Secondly there's no way to upload or hand in a paper form resume to have on file. It's 2022 and this place has no current technology. You have to manually enter your life information from the very beginning and for me it was 37 years of past history. But even if you get past all of the computer work and rude staff, they have no work to give. There are literally able bodied persons standing if front of the building for hours waiting to be put work. It's places like this that are in our community to help the community and people in it but never seem to be able to do just that. Whoever is actually in charge of this racket of an operation must be the only one in the community bennifiting.
