Worked here for 8 years, your experience will depend on the line you work for and who. There are some good and bad bosses in the facility and it's hard to move up in the place as most supervisors have been there since the prehistoric Era. It's great for experience in manufacturing and you can learn a lot here but they do have the "in crowd" and if you're not apart of it, you might as well be a ghost.

Great at first until Your around for awhile and realize the whole management team is falling apart and how unorganized the place is and not only that but all the higher ups are in their own group and don’t tend to seem like they care unless your up there with them and they also let their outside relationships with each other affect their relationships inside work which leads to things be unprofessional
