Rude, crude, socially unacceptable, admin. No contact visits, it 30 minutes at a time, administration seems to see them as pay checks and not as humans. They also eavesdrop on your conversations when your video chatting with family so they can see the loved ones as well due to s strict guidelines they themselves have. Also if you stayed loudly about your opinions about their facility they will kick you out of their visits.
