Has anyone else had problems with the i.d. me? I keep getting stuck in a loop and can't get to the part to put my ID in. I tried contacting support and its going on 3 weeks they just keep saying that they're working on my ticket. Is there maybe a number to call? Its effecting my claim and it's getting ridiculous now 😒
Go to the left of your screen press maintain account information then on the list on the right side of your screen hit monetary and issue summary it the upload link is on that page.
