Honestly

Great food (but clearly not enough made to supply demand by evening), & poor customer service since my last review. Placed an order on GrubHub, cancelled without calling regarding substitution options (now I have to wait for a refund 3-5 business days!). When I called the women was clearly busy and inundated, but that's no excuse for lack of communication. Needs to be better organized, and customer friendly, but there are many Caribbean restaurants in this city, they just lost my business.
