I've been coming to Cycleast for several years now. My husband and I have purchased a couple bikes here, as well as have our other bikes serviced. I've never had a negative experience here. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me achieve whatever I've got dreamed up bike wise. I know when I bring my bike in for service, it'll come out riding like a dream, whether it has been small issues that have me walking out with a fix same day, or if I have to leave it for service. A few months ago, my husband went in for some last minute items and gear before Unbound 200 for me. Russell helped him pick out some essential gravel riding items and bag for me. I was happy to trust what was recommended by the shop to work with my bike as they've never let me down. Everything was perfect for the race. I also appreciate that when I bring in my bike with di2 shifting, Tim always makes sure it's got the latest firmware and is properly updated. Any potential issue or concern with my bike, I've been alerted to so I can make the best decision for me. I've never felt any pressure to make any purchase. Russell the the team have gone above and beyond to help me more than once. Most recently, Tim has helped me dial in my Quintana Roo VPR for Kona. I needed some changes to the drivetrain, top off of my sealant, and a replacement of the bottom bracket. Tim went above and beyond to ensure that all my choices worked and I could get my bike back ASAP to get in some training rides on it before the big race. I also love that all abilities, people, and bikes are accepted here. I've seen a wide variety of bikes people have brought in for service and questions over the years. Everyone has been welcomed and helped respectfully. Amazing, knowledgeable staff, top tier customer service, quick turn arounds, and fair prices keep us coming back
