Update to the response: Not once was I given the info that the part was backordered. Call me and I’ll share all the lies that I was told. I left a message for the service manager but he never called me back. Sadly, Jetsons is no longer customer friendly as you can see in all the bad reviews. Terrible Service Dept…….every excuse in the book is given as to why my dryer hasn’t been repaired after 3 weeks and counting. I recommend you record each conversation with the service dept. Honesty goes a long way!! I will never buy an appliance from them again. Be honest with your customers and maybe you’ll keep them!

After less than 3 years, washer had "issues." Long story short, extended warranty co. refused to repair. Jetson refunded my money, BUT, in order to stay in same price range I now own a smaller washer and needed to buy new extended warranty. No reimbursement on previous warranty. Then they wanted to charge another delivery charge. Can't get owner reply after 2 letters.. disgusted with them

We went in to Jetsons to just look and compare prices to other retailers and ended up buying new. Lisa was very straightforward and honest and didn't try to push anything on us. She was able to efficiently answer all of our questions and adress all our concerns which made us comfortable with our decision to purchase new. Very satisfied with the ease of this purchase and the financing option.

Yes, they sell appliances. I don’t know if they are always truthful or knowledge about what’s best, but it’s slim pickings around here for appliance sales. My advice is to make sure you do your homework reading reviews and checking online before you go in. I would like to note that when they schedule you for delivery, they don’t call until the morning of to give you a time frame, which I think is poor business. Most people work and their employers appreciate a heads up before the day of. Pros are that it’s local and has a large enough selection. They do offer delivery, haul away and extended warranties.
